Linares

pepe linares was born in 1961 where he studied at the collage of fine arts in his hometown of barcelona. in 1987 he expand his knowledge and he studied in the joan torra faculty. linares knows to structure and compose his works very well, balanced,combining spaces and dividing the majority of his works in two, having as a main protagonist the water, what allows to give a sensation of undulating movement and together with the lights gives a sense of mirror to the marine surfaces. he also has worked in restoring the Federico II portrait in 1993. since 1995 until 2008, he has done numerous exhibitions in barcelona, lérida, granollers, tenerife, innsbruck, etc.... more
