tony is a native of gateshead and now lives in whitely bay. he is a graduate of newcastle university and worked for many years in the engineering industry.... more
he has always been active as an amateur painter but eventually enrolled in a fine art course at newcastle college and northumbria university. he is a long-standing member of the north of eng-er-lund art club. he concentrates mainly on acrylic painting and collage, frequently combining both. he has developed an interesting series of collage works using only newspaper and ink.
